With a Bachelors of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame and over a decade of experience in the architectural field, Erica brings both technical expertise and a creative eye to every project she takes on. Her background includes working on large-scale residential developments and crafting architectural design guidelines that shape entire communities. These experiences have given her a deep understanding of how great design can enhance everyday life, from the organization of a new neighborhood to the organization of cabinetry in a kitchen.

Over the years, she has had the privilege of working closely with clients to design spaces that are not only functional but truly reflect who they are. She believes that the best designs are created through careful listening and collaboration, and takes pride in translating each client's vision into a beautifully curated and personal space.

Originally from Virginia, she moved to South Carolina to be closer to family and now lives with her husband on a family farm in the Lowcountry. She is a proud mom of two wonderful children, and being a parent has only deepened her appreciation for creating warm, meaningful environments where families can thrive.

A South Carolina native, Alexandra discovered her passion for interior design early on, inspired by watching her father—an accomplished home builder—bring dream homes to life. Over many years, she has built her own impressive career collaborating with builders, architects, and developers on custom homes and renovations throughout the Charleston area.

Alexandra is known for her exceptional client relationships and her intuitive ability to translate each client’s vision into a thoughtfully curated, cohesive design. With a refined eye for color, texture, and materials, she ensures every project reflects a unique personality while maintaining a polished, high-end aesthetic.

Now living in Bluffton, SC, Alexandra has embraced Lowcountry life with her husband and their pup, Oliver. When she's not designing beautiful spaces, she enjoys staying active outdoors, exploring new restaurants, and discovering the best local coffee shops.

Stephanie has a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from Philadelphia University and a Master’s Degree in Historic Preservation from Savannah College of Art and Design, which is where she fell in love with the Lowcountry. She began her career in Commercial Interior Design in the NYC metro area before moving with her family to Bluffton to take advantage of Lowcountry living. Stephanie is an organization mastermind and loves coordinating all of the many moving parts of our design projects, behind the scenes. As our Operations Manager, she facilitates ordering, receiving, vendor relationships, and project tracking. Stephanie loves spending time with her family, visiting local historical sites, enjoying the outdoors, and decorating her newly-built home in Bluffton. She believes that good design should be available to everyone, and seeks to help create spaces that reflect the homeowner's lifestyle and personal taste through her work with Southern Grace Interiors.

Tara Mediate brings a wealth of experience and creativity to the world of interior design. Having spent the majority of her life in the Metro Atlanta Area, she originally hails from Connecticut. With over 25 years of expertise in retail display, staging, and interior design, Tara has successfully tackled a wide array of projects, ranging from city dwellings to picturesque coastal properties. Her professional portfolio includes collaborating with builders on both renovation projects and new builds, as well as working closely with clients to curate selections for new construction. Tara thrives on the thrill of a renovation challenge and specializes in crafting transitional spaces that seamlessly blend functionality and aesthetics. What sets Tara apart is her exceptional ability to truly listen to her clients' desires and translate their vision into stunning design realities. She takes pride in making the design process easy and enjoyable, ensuring that each client's dream space comes to life. Beyond her design expertise, Tara's personal connection to Hilton Head Island adds a unique dimension to her story. She once owned a summer home in Hilton Head and is now fortunate enough to call this beautiful island her permanent home. During her free time, you'll often find her enjoying  the company of her husband at the beach and cherishing moments spent with her sons.

Hadley originates from Dalton, Georgia, and earned her degree from the University of Kentucky, graduating magna cum laude in Interior Design, where she studied a variety of commercial, residential, and furniture design strategies, and also earned a Business certificate. During her time at UK, Hadley was actively involved in ISDA which gave her the chance to travel to several cities and expand her design perspective. Her passion for design and architecture is rooted in her fascination with how people interact with and experience different spaces. Her love for travel has also had a significant impact on how she views and approaches interior design allowing her to create spaces that are both functional and inspiring.

The Hilton Head Island and Bluffton area holds a special place in Hadley’s heart as she spent much of her childhood visiting the area with friends and family. Returning to the Lowcountry to help design homes where other families can create lasting memories is one of the driving forces behind her work. Hadley is a valuable member of the Southern Grace Interiors Design Team, bringing fresh perspective and technical skill to our vibrant group.
