This Hilton Head Island beach rental townhome had mostly original design elements and furnishings. When our clients purchased the property, they wanted a fresh, updated, bright and colorful feeling for the home, so that they could enjoy it as well as their guests.

Our design team, lead by Senior Designer Tara Mediate and supported by Junior Designer Erin Grace Adkins, worked with a local contractor to renovate the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as new flooring, fresh paint and lighting, and more. All new furnishings and decor completed the update, and now the home feels luxurious, bright, updated, and functional.
