This beautiful home in the exclusive Colleton River Plantation was an existing property purchased by our clients as a second residence. They brought us in to breathe new life into the space with light renovations and full-scale customization. Our team refreshed the interiors with updated paint selections, curated lighting, custom drapery, and thoughtfully selected furnishings and décor to reflect the clients’ relaxed yet refined style.

One of the standout transformations is the bonus room, which we reimagined as a “whiskey room” for the husband—a cozy, masculine retreat featuring a speakeasy-inspired bar hidden behind a custom sliding bookcase. The result is a tailored, welcoming home designed for comfort, style, and entertaining.
