Created by Design Principal Mikaelah Seifrit, ASID Associate, this Palmetto Bluff spec home design was all about bringing modern luxury and classic Lowcountry style into perfect alignment. Partnering with Front Light Building Co., the main focus was to create a layout that just flows - with open sightlines, plenty of room to breathe, and a real connection to the beautiful landscape outside. Every single square foot was intentionally planned to maximize natural light and make daily living feel completely effortless. It stands as a bright, beautifully designed architectural canvas, just waiting for future homeowners to move in and make it their own coastal South Carolina retreat.
